Marketing Associate
Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join the Safe Haven Pros team and support all aspects of our digital and grassroots marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in raising awareness and generating leads for Safe Haven Pros and our portfolio company, Mosquito Shield of Central Tampa. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a wide range of marketing skills in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for Safe Haven Pros and Mosquito Shield of Central Tampa, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Manage and optimize website content using SEO best practices to increase visibility and organic traffic.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads, monitoring performance and optimizing for conversions.
- Analyze website and social media analytics, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Grassroots Marketing:
- Plan and execute local events and community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of Safe Haven Pros and Mosquito Shield.
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to identify partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate and distribute promotional materials at events, community centers, and high-traffic areas.
- Collect customer feedback and testimonials to use in marketing materials.
- Content Creation:
- Write and edit blog posts, press releases, website copy, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Create eye-catching graphics and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Additional Duties:
- Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets.
- Track and analyze competitor activities and industry trends.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital or grassroots marketing, preferably in a B2C environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and content creation
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design tools)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the pest control or home services industry
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Commission Home Sales Associate
Summary:
We’re seeking a results-driven and motivated Commission Home Sales Associate to join the Safe Haven Pros team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales for Safe Haven Pros and our portfolio company, Mosquito Shield of Central Tampa, by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a commission-based position with a high earning potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting:
- Actively identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including referrals, networking events, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs and budget to determine fit for Safe Haven Pros and Mosquito Shield services.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct in-home or virtual sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our pest control and mosquito control services.
- Answer customer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections to close deals.
- Relationship Building and Customer Service:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
- Attend team meetings and sales training sessions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in commission-based sales, preferably in the home services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in pest control or home services industry
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Successful sales associates can earn a significant income through our competitive commission structure and bonus programs.
